Declutter your mind

Have you ever felt that you have too much whirling around in your mind? Have you ever wanted to know if there are tricks and techniques that you could use to clear out some of this mental clutter?
This workshop is about looking at what is going on in your head and will cover the following topics:
- We will look at some methods that you could employ to declutter your brain
- We will work through some NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) exercises on clearing up your past
- We will work through 2 techniques for helping to calm an anxious mind
- Mindfulness & NOW
- We will discuss both 'Presence' and 'Mindfulness' and their uses for calming the mind. There will be some practical guided meditations.
